This is a very hard weather resistant high-quality wood. It is the highest end of the teak species. It is a very rare teak and a scarce species. It serves in many choices of material woodworking, particularly in the crafting of furniture and objects that are to be outdoors and exposed to different weather conditions. This hardwood as other teak is easily shaped and very durable as it possesses oils that protect it from all types of potential damage. It is imported from Burma, Indonesia.
